The overall goal of Emphasys' Consulting group is to assist clients in improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness of their agency's programs, all within the framework of the Emphasys product toolset. We can assess your operations and recommend ways to maximize your information technology investment, including finding ways to optimize your resources and achieve operational efficiencies.
Our Consulting group consists of seasoned experts from the affordable housing field who have the capability and industry experience necessary to bring solutions to any operational challenge. Because of our staff's skill set and breadth of knowledge, we are able to assist all clients regardless of their agency size or the complexity of their problem. Some of our more typical consulting requests are for best practices, operational procedures, PBA/AM planning and conversion, and system optimization.

Emphasys' technical Support department is focused on getting clients fast, accurate, and actionable answers to their everyday software questions. With extended support hours and a range of ways to contact our representatives, Support is always available on your schedule. For your convenience, you can reach Emphasys support staff from 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. ET, Monday through Friday via toll-free telephone, fax, e-mail, and live chat.
As you would expect from the leading software vendor in the affordable housing market, our Support department is staffed by individuals who are highly trained in our products and very knowledgeable about our industry. In particular many of our Support staff have over 10 year's experience with Emphasys' products and most are certified S8 and/or LIPH Housing Managers.
If you prefer self-service, Emphasys has plenty of support resources available to clients on our secure website 24-hours a day. These support offerings include a vast and searchable knowledgebase which allows you to look up answers to your system-related questions, a library of Process Sheet documentation which steps you through specific processes associated with the software, and a series of self paced, on demand webinars which show you how to accomplish a specific process in the software.

At Emphasys, our training specialists can get your staff up to speed quickly and efficiently, instructing them in how to best apply the new Emphasys software in their daily job functions. Developed with the ease of the end-user in mind, and based on your agency's specific workflow, a simple window-driven interface and uniform, modular design allow for rapid understanding of a complete suite of applications.

On Site
Knowledgeable Emphasys trainers come right to your agency to provide face-to-face instruction in the use of our products.
Remote
Trainers at our offices link to staff at your agency via conference call and web-based connections to lead demonstrations on your Emphasys systems, using your data.
Computer-based Training (CBT)
Emphasys offers a CBT product called Einstein which is an interactive training course designed for post implementation refresher and new employee training in Elite. Einstein is a hosted offering and requires no additional set up, hardware or software.
Webinars
To assist clients with their ongoing Emphasys software training and education needs, Emphasys offers webinars: short, online seminars featuring timely topics that are of interest to clients. Clients can view a list of scheduled live webinars and register to attend or they can look through a library of past, prerecorded webinars to view at their leisure.
Seminars
Emphasys regularly hosts training seminars in our offices to help your staff learn about different aspects of our software systems. Your staff will be well on their way to becoming expert Emphasys users after attending these hands-on seminars.

Annual User Conferences
Emphasys hosts two conferences each year to ensure clients are afforded the opportunity to obtain software training and exposure to information that will assist them in the management of their housing operation. Emphasys Users Connect and Emphasys Executive Housing Conference are well attended by our clients from around the country and serve as a great way to also network and learn best practices from live client case studies.
